    Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Group Operations

    Responsible for supply chain and global logistics, loss prevention, customer care, facilities and marketing photography, supporting the five luxury banners of the Neiman Marcus Group. Member of the executive team, guiding strategy that propels growth and leading transformation to support a channel agnostic customer experience. 


    Core responsibilities include:
    • Network strategy aligned with and in support of strategic pillars
    • Distribution and Fulfillment Operations - omni channel operations
    • Distribution Operations - engineering, partner relations, training
    • Store Support - regional support, alterations, systems, ecommerce fulfillment • Loss Prevention - facilities, credit and fraud, investigations and screening
    • Global Logistics - domestic and international operations, ecommerce, foreign buying
    • Customer Care - core contact center and customer support
    • Marketing Photography - ecommerce, print and editorial operations
    • Facilities - maintenance and capital projects for all property assets
    • Talent management aligned with strategic direction


    Vice President Logistics 



    Led a team responsible for supporting the various brands within the Neiman Marcus Group portfolio. Scope includes all aspects of global logistics and the intersection with fulfillment in Neiman Marcus’ omnichannel supply chain.

    Core responsibilities included:
    • Global ecommerce logistics representing 30% of sales
    • Oversight of foreign buying offices, global trade and import operations
    • Customary logistics supporting store deliveries, inbound, consolidation and vendor direct
    • Furniture warehousing operations and logistics for $75M segment
    • Payment and claims administration for provider network
    • Next generation systems integration and development


    Target
    Director International Logistics

    Led strategy and planning for international logistics, encompassing origin operations, ocean and air freight and deconsolidation operations. Manage and develop strategic partnerships across a broad portfolio of containerized shipping lines, origin operators and domestic providers to meet organization's supply chain needs.

    Core responsibilities included:
    • P&L accountability of $500M+
    • Annual service contract negotiations
    • Strategic network design relative to key enterprise initiatives and segmentation
    • Next generation international logistics systems platform
    • Develop department level support structure
    • Talent management, including coaching, mentoring and succession planning
